50 year female  came with resistant Hypertension. Her Blood pressure was not controlled  even by 4 drugs.(B.P.180/ 100) . 
Renal angiography  showed 90% Ostial stenosis  in Right Renal  Artery so did  Renal angioplasty of right Renal artery.We were planning  to reduce most of antihypertensive drugs on follow up.  After renal angioplasty on Cath lab table, her Blood Pressure dropped to 140/90.
So this Stent not only controlled  the Blood Pressure but also consequence of Hypertension  like Stroke ( Intracranial bleed) , Heart failure,  Renal failure,  Hypertensive retinopathy.
 The procedure was done free of cost under MJPGY  scheme at Bharti Hospital Sangli.

Sometimes need a Stent for the Hypertension
