40 yr male diabetic patient ,came with Acute Anterior wall Myocardial Infarction ( Heart attack) with cardiogenic shock ( low blood pressure) at 7: 30 am window period more than 12 hr.Emergancy angiography and primary angioplasty done. Pt is out of cathlab by 8:15 am. On inotropic support ( B.P. raising medication.) And by evening at 7: 30 pm pt sitting without inotropic drugs . Thats most satisfying results of primary angioplasty on eve of doctors day.Thanks to cathlab and ICU staff at Bharati Hospital Sangli.
